Russia and China: What Are the Limits to the “No-Limits” Partnership?
This project explores Russian leadership perceptions of pressure points and areas of divergence in Russia’s relations with China, and the degree to which Russia acts to mitigate or exploit such differences. We examine how Russian decision-makers view divergences with China on military/security issues; on economic and technology issues; and on approaches to several world regions and multilateral groupings.
