Andy Braner

Andy Braner serves as a Chief of Staff at the office of Jeff Fortenberry, U.S. member of Congress. Prior, he was a congressional Fellow working on Middle East Affairs. Andy graduated from Baylor University in 1997 with a degree in Theater and Performance, with his postgraduate work in Philosophy of Religion at the Denver Seminary. Andy was the President and CEO of KIVU, an international student organization helping students “Discover their Vocation in a Global Community.” The KIVU Gap Year is an international school located in Denver, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.  The primary goal of KIVU is to teach and train high school and university students to engage in their chosen profession through internships in a global context. Andy is an internationally recognized speaker and trainer for youth. He has written five books on youth culture and has over 20 years of experience working with youth. His latest publication, No Fear in Love is a look into the heart of fear in culture and what drives us to love well. He was an Advisor a Mediterranean Basin Fellow at the Center for Transatlantic Relations at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and was also an Advisor and Fellow at the World Youth Leadership Network (WYLN).
